Granex Inc, is one of its kind of Granite and Marble slab processing facility located in Tampa, Florida, U.S.A. Processing dimensional slabs from blocks of GRANITE, MARBLE, QUARTZITE, LIMESTONE, SOPA STONE ETC imported from all over the world including several U.S quarries. Processed with state-of-the art imported Italian machinery. The primary equipment we have are:
DUAL WIRE SAW: This has two wires, one fixed and one adjustable with rotating table to rotate the block and hydraulic block tiling system to tilt the block. The primary use of this equipment is to make the blocks dressed on all sides. This equipment will also can be used to cut thicker blocks for monument industry.
MULTI WIRE SAW: This has a capacity of making 40 cuts on a block at once and it is variable of 2 cm (3/4”) thickness. It is one of the best machines available in the world of Breton of Italy brand. We use 6.3mm diameter diamond bed wires to give a smooth cut of the surface of the block.
LINE POLISHER: This is another sate of art equipment with 19 heads with 8 abrasives for each head and waxing attachment. It is a very fast polishing line that can polish both marble and granite slabs of various thicknesses.
EPOXY LINE: This line will prepare the slabs like drying before and after application of epoxy for faster production.
Besides all these machines were imported and installed by BRETON of Italy, we do have several other tools and equipment to give the best cutting and polishing the world standard.
Therefore, Granex placed solid investments in high end machinery and qualified and highly experienced personnel to operate the machines in-order to become the pioneer in manufacturing of granite and marble slabs for the blocks that we import from all over the world, believing that.
